The popular pre-prohibition style bar and distillery, The Independent Distillery, has released bevy of new adult beverages for the summer months aimed at keeping us cool… or maybe just cool-looking. Their new drink menu, features an array of skillfully hand-crafted and creative offerings that feature their house-made gin and vodka.

Pink Lady
- -1.5 oz Independent Gin
- 0.5 oz Leopold’s Apple Whiskey
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz house made grenadine
French 75
- 1 oz Independent Gin

- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Prosecco finish
The Lizard King
- – 1.5 oz mescal
- 0.5 oz melon liqueur
- 0.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Penicillin
- 1.5 oz scotch
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz honey
- .25 oz ginger juice
