For the 45th year, University of Arizona hosts Spring Fling this weekend.











It’s an iconic Tucson event full of carnival rides, games, food booths, and entertainment!










Come to the UA Mall for one of the largest student-run carnivals in the nation.

  • Friday, April 12th –       4PM-11PM
  • Saturday, April 13th – 11AM-11PM
  • Sunday, April 12th –    11AM-6PM

Tombstone Rose Festival

The ‘Softer Side of Tombstone’ can be seen April 12-14th with the Tombstone Rose Festival.  For the 133rd year, the world’s largest rose tree is blooming!

Parades, music, dancing, basket auction, pancake breakfast, Grand Ball, gunfights, and the sweetest smell to ever come out of Tombstone. We got a sneak peek of this amazing botanical sensation! Check it out here!

Main Gate Square and Jonas Hunter Present: 2019 Friday Night Live Summer Jazz Concert Series

This weekend kicks of the first week of the Main Gate Square Jazz Series. There will be 11 concerts throughout the summer. Did we mention they’re FREE! This weekend Zona Libre performs. This  eclectic suite of musicians with a flair for hip arrangements of contemporary Latino Urbano music and popular Americano, is  led by Hiram Perez.  Perez began his musical journey at the age of five in Nogales Arizona and Nogales Sonora Mexico where he spent his early childhood playing saxophone. At the age of twelve his parents moved to Tucson Arizona where he continued to study music. Hiram started his professional music career in 1991. While playing in the local music scene he also studied music at The University of Arizona & Pima College.

2019 Arizona International Film Festival

FC Tucson Home Opener

Tucson Sugar Skulls Home Game

Don’t miss the Gallery in the Sun’s new exhibit – Desert Blooms.

The flora and fauna of the Sonoran desert in Spring are celebrated in “Desert Blooms”, a selection of 1950’s watercolors by Tucson artist Ted DeGrazia. These colorful and playful paintings of cactus flowers and desert critters will be on display at the Gallery in the Sun from February 1st 2019 through September 4th, 2019.

Sharks Take Over Flandrau

Turn your fears into fascination at Sharks: Magnificent and Misunderstood. Interactive displays lead you to the IMAX showing of Great White Shark. There’s an additional fee for the movie.

Ansel Adams: Examples

Taking the book as its’ template Ansel Adams: Examples draws upon the Center for Creative Photography’s collection of Adams’ work to realize the premise of “Examples” with original prints and archival materials. Paired with text from the book, written by Adams himself, the exhibition affords viewers and unprecedented opportunity to familiarize themselves with the intricacies of Adams’ work.

The exhibit runs until May 4 on the UA Campus.
