Spring Fling’s 3-Cheese Grilled Cheese Recipe

The Spring Fling is this weekend!

The 45th Annual Spring Fling is this weekend. They’ll even be offering Grilled Cheese sandwiches! Here is their recipe for this classic comfort food:


  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Pepper Jack
  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Butter


  • Butter the outsides of the bread slices
  • Place one bread slice on the pan so the butter is right side down
  • While this cooks, place the three cheeses on the bread slice that is in the pan
  • Place the other bread slice on top so that the butter is on the outside
  • After a few minutes, flip the grilled cheese over and cook for a few more minutes until crispy
