Smoke Stacks Beefy Mac Recipe From Dickey’s BBQ

1 cup Macaroni and Cheese Prepared (any brand/variety) – ½ cup uncooked Macaroni noodles, 2 Tbsp. Butter, ¼ cup cheese sauce or cheese powder, and ¼ cup milk.

½ cup chopped brisket cooked; Cooking Brisket Ingredients: 4-6 lbs brisket, ¾ cup mixture of salt, garlic and black pepper.



Rub ¾ cup of an even blend of salt, garlic and black pepper onto your raw brisket. Smoke brisket at 225 degrees for 14 hours. Verify internal temperature of 165 before removing brisket from heating element.

Prepare macaroni & cheese as directed on a box or:

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Add macaroni and cook for about 6-8 minutes until tender. Drain Macaroni in a colander. Before adding Macaroni back to the sauce pan, melt butter and mix together milk and cheese product. Add macaroni and blend with cheese mixture.

Pour Macaroni & Cheese blend onto a plate lined with tin foil.

Chop brisket and spread ½ cup of chopped brisket over macaroni and cheese. Serve immediately with or without barbecue sauce/hot sauce to taste.
