Vegas Baby!  Tucson’s favorite 80’s and 90’s vintage shop, Generation Cool, has opened a new location in Las Vegas.  Following the success of his  Netflix show “Slobby’s World,” co-owner Robert Hall  with his partner J.R. “Sid The Kid” Harrison opened up  the Las Vegas shop this last weekend.  Their new location is at 3540 W Sahara Ave. sharing the space with the clothing store Still Movin‘.

In typical Slobby Robby fashion, they had the grand opening party at the Hard Rock Hotel, with a performance by the legendary  hip-hop artist Slick Rick.

The Netflix show “Slobby’s World,” follows him, J.R. and his staff as they search for and evaluate unique clothing, toys and collectibles from across the country. Robby got his start collecting for himself and then started collecting and selling to his friends. He then opened up a pop-up shop at Hotel Congress under the same name. It was such a success that he eventually opened up the location on 4th Ave. in 2013. Things have obviously grown from there.
