Tucson is full of shows, arts, and shopping this weekend. Here's a start:
Zoppé Family Circus
Experience the Old World charm of the Zoppé Family Circus, an Italian family show that dates back to 1842. With ties to Orson Welles and the Ringling Bros., kids of all ages will be thrilled by the sights and sounds.
The show is in Tucson Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from January 11-21 at the Mercado San Agustin
Art After Dark
If you’re kids are ready to run away to the circus…bring them to this week’s Art after Dark at the Childrens Museum Tucson. The Tucson Circus Arts presents a Circus Ring Workshop. Try your hand at spinning a staff or poi (round tethered weights) or try your feet at globe walking! Whatever you do, you’ll be one step closer to the Big Top!
Saturday January 12, 5:30-8. FREE!
You can go to circus school right here in Tucson! Check out this video.
