1 – 280 gram dough ball

3  ounces of fresh mozzarella

3 ounces San Marzano tomato sauce

4 pieces of fresh basil

1/2 ounce of olive oil

Cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a home oven on a pizza stone until you can visibly see a dark brown color on the bottom of the pizza dough.
