The Gourmet Girls Came By The Studio to Show Us How To Make This Simple Yet Tasty Dish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ROUND ITALIAN PARMESAN BUN
  • 1 TBS MAYO
  • 4 STRIPS ROASTED RED PEPPER
  • LETTUCE, SLICED TOMATO, SEVERAL SLICES PICKLED RED ONION
  • 3 OZ SHAVED HAM
  • 6 SLICES ALL NATURAL PEPPERONI
  • GRILLED MOZZARELLA

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • HEAT SMALL SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, SPRAY WITH PAN SPRAY
  • SPREAD 3-4 TABLESPOONS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE IN PAN TO FORM THIN PATTY
  • GRILL ON ONE SIDE UNTIL MELTED AND BROWNED.  TURN AND BROWN SECOND SIDE.  SHOULD BE NICE AND CRUNCHY.
  • ASSEMBLE SANDWICH:
  • SLICE BUN IN HALF HORIZONTALLY, SPREAD WITH MAYO, LAYER ALL INGREDIENTS ON HALF, TOP WITH GRILLED CHEESE
