The Gourment Girls showed us this great recipe for Gluten-Free French Toast.
Cinnamon Roll French Toast:
- Dipping Batter
- 4 Cinnamon Rolls sliced approx I inch thick
- Butter or Oil
- Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup well whipped eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Blend all of the dipping batter ingredients together well. Dip slices of cinnamon rolls into batter until well soaked but not soggy. Cook in butter or oil in medium heat skillet until browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
