Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why the Gourmet Girls came by the studio to show us how to make this great Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal that will start your day on the right foot.
- 3 C Certified Gluten Free Oats
- ¾ C Dried Cranberries
- 3 T Brown Sugar
- 6 C Milk
- 1 ½ Applesauce
- ¾ t Almond Extract
- 3 T Almond Meal
- Blend together in large bowl and divide equally between 8 WELL GREASED 4 inch round cake pans.
- Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, rotate and bake 25 min longer.
- May be eaten fresh from the oven or frozen for later enjoyment.
- 4 cups Yogurt
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 T Honey
- ½ Cup Cranberries
Blend all together and add milk to achieve desired consistency.
