gourmet girls gluten-free baked oatmeal recipe

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why the  Gourmet Girls came by the studio to show us how to make this great Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal that will start your day on the right foot.


  • 3 C Certified Gluten Free Oats
  • ¾ C Dried Cranberries
  • 3 T Brown Sugar
  • 6 C Milk
  • 1 ½ Applesauce
  • ¾ t Almond Extract
  • 3 T Almond Meal


  • Blend together in large bowl and divide equally between 8 WELL GREASED 4 inch round cake pans.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, rotate and bake 25 min longer.
  • May be eaten fresh from the oven or frozen for later enjoyment.

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 T Honey
  • ½ Cup Cranberries

Blend all together and add milk to achieve desired consistency.
