BBQ PORK RIBS
Whole rack, half rack, or quarter rack St. Louis style ribs.
1 container Dickeys Rib Rub (sold at Dickeys Barbecue Pit)
Heat smoker to 275 degrees F.
Rub a generous amount of Dickeys Rib Rub onto St. Louis Style ribs.
Smoke ribs for 3-3.5 hours until tender. Pair with favorite barbecue sauce and side items.
