The Dickey's crew came by to show us how they made this delicious brisket sandwich.
1 4-6 lbs Beef Brisket.
¼ cup Salt
¼ cup Pepper
¼ cup Garlic
Yellow onion slices
Rub mixture of salt, garlic, and pepper onto raw beef brisket.
Smoke rubbed brisket at 225 degrees for 14 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from heat source and let rest for 30 minutes.
Slice and place on top of toasted hamburger buns.
Add option sliced onions and pickles. Serve.
