5 links jalapeno cheddar sausage

Hickory wood chips


4 large potatoes

½ lb bacon (cooked & chopped)

½ cup cheddar cheese

¼ cup chives chopped

¼ cup sour cream


Hickory smoke sausage at 275 degrees for 20 minutes and verify internal temperature of 145 degrees. Slice on a bias and serve.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and Bake Potatoes on tray for 45-60 minutes or until tender.  In a serving dish, mix hot baked potatoes (with or without chopped skin), cooked bacon, cheese, chives, and sour cream. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted on top.  Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
