Brooke Wagner shows us how to make this delicious Super Bowl staple on a budget
- 2 cans refried beans ( can be low-fat, vegetarian, or whatever)
- 12 onces Velveeta cheese
- 1 jar chunky salsa – we used Angelica’s Salsa Recipe
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
Begin heating refried beans in a saucepan
Cut Velveeta into cubes and add to beans.
Heat until cheese is melted
Stir in Salsa and as much hot sauce as you like
Serve with chips, a cold beer, and the Super Bowl.
