Here’s how to enjoy Rocky Point for under $100 per day

PUERTO PENASCO, MEXICO (AZFamily) — Summer vacation doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money to enjoy yourself, especially if you’re looking to get away.
Businesses in Rocky Point are hoping to lure vacationers this season with their serene waters and cheap eats.
Arizona’s Family scouted out places to eat and have fun for under $100 a day per person, and it is possible.
Let’s start with breakfast. If your stomach is grumbling, steak, eggs, and a waffle at Kaffeehaus will cost about $15. Two breakfast burritos will run about $5, and a cup of coffee will set you back $3.
For lunch, a local man with a sun hat, a truck, and cooler at the intersection of Freemont and Sinaloa will serve up the freshest ceviche. A half-liter will set you back $7.50.
Now that your stomach is content, how about a little fun in the sun?
For $25-$35, different party boats will take you out on the waters. Some even include drinks.
For $35, you can rent an ATV for an hour, and for $40, you can take a sunset cruise.
For dinner, fish tacos with a view of the water will set you back about $15 at Mary’s Seafood.
For those who have a sweet tooth, fresh churros can be snagged at Churros y Elotes for about $2 for a small batch.
The grand total on the higher end is $82.50.
On the lower end, you can expect to pay around $57.50.
Drinks aren’t included in those prices, but at most places, beers cost around $3, and a pitcher of margaritas at JJ’s Cantina costs $12.
