The Gourmet Girls showed us this great gluten-free sausage stuffing just in time for Thanksgiving.
Saute sausage until browned and cooked through, add onion and celery and continue until softened. Add seasoning and mix well. In a large bowl toss mixture with bread cubes until well coated, add broth until desired moisture is reached, depending on your personal taste. Transfer to baking dish, bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until browned on top.
