Chef Jake Alpert swung by the studio to show us how they cook us their delicious chorizo.

Chorizo Ingredients:

Pork shoulder- 1 lbs

Guajillo chile powder- 1 tbsp

Cayenne chile powder- 1.5 tbsp

Salt- 2 tsp

Black Pepper- 1 tbsp

Sugar- 2 tsp

Cumin- 1.5 tsp
