Seis Kitchen Show Us How To Make A Cinco de Mayo Feast

Seis Kitchen showed us their take on tacos and margaritas.

 

Cilantro-Lime Marinade

Ingredients: 
Cilantro 1 oz
Fresh Lime Juice 6 oz
Fresh Garlic 3 ea cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Olive Oil 6 oz
Steps:
1. Blend in a blender lime juice, garlic, salt, cilantro and pepper. Blend until ingredients are
completely pureed.
2. With the blender on low, slowly add the olive oil to the mixture until completely mixed in.
3. Completely coat fish or shrimp and place on the hot grill. The seafood is not left in
marinade for more then a few minutes.

Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
Halibut 3 oz fillets grilled
Chopped Cabbage 1 oz
Pico de Gallo 1 oz
Chipotle Crema .5 oz
Lime Wedge 1 ea

Grilled Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
Shrimp 16/20 3 ea
Chopped Cabbage 1 oz
Pico de Gallo 1 oz
Chipotle Crema .5 oz
Lime Wedge 1 ea

Watermelon Margaritas

Ingredients:
Silver Tequila 2 oz
Fresh squeezed Orange .5 oz
Fresh squeezed Lime .5 oz
Fresh squeezed Lemon .5 oz
Agave Nectar 1 oz
Pureed Watermelon 3 oz
Pureed Cucumber 1 oz
Lucas Candy Rim, Mango Chile Lime flavor
GARNISH WITH A CUCUMBER SLICE
