Pomegranate Quince Gastrique
1/2 cup prickly pear syrup
3/4 cup pomegranate quince white balsamic vinegar
1/4 fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons corn starch
Blend all together in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for three minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
