Gourmet Girls Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal Recipe

The Gourmet Girls Came By The Studio to Show Us How To Make This Breakfast Staple.

Ingredients: 

  • 3 C Certified Gluten Free Oats
  • ¾ C Dried Cranberries
  • 3 T Brown Sugar
  • 6 C Milk
  • 1 ½ Applesauce
  • ¾ t Almond Extract
  • 3 T Almond Meal

Directions:

  • Blend together in large bowl and divide equally between 8 WELL GREASED 4 inch round cake pans.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, rotate and bake 25 min longer.
  • May be eaten fresh from the oven or frozen for later enjoyment.

Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  •  2 T Honey
  • ½ Cup Cranberries

Blend all together and add milk to achieve desired consistency.
