INGREDIENTS: 

  • 12 CHICKEN WINGS, THIRD JOINT REMOVED AND DISCARDED
  • ¼ TSP SEASONED SALT
  • 1 CUP GF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 TSP COARSE SALT
  • ½ TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • ¼ TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • ¼ TSP PAPRIKA
  • 2 QUARTS OIL FOR FRYING
  • HOT SAUCE OR BBQ SAUCE, BLUE CHEESE DRESSING FOR DIPPING
  • SEASON WINGS LIGHTLY WITH SEASONED SALT

 

DIRECTIONS:
MIX FLOUR, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CAYENNE PEPPER AND PAPRIKA TOGETHER IN WIDE SHALLOW
BOWL

DREDGE WINGS IN FOUR MIXTURE TO COAT AND ARRANGE ON TRAY SO THEY DO NOT TOUCH
REFRIGERATE COATED WINGS FOR 15-30 MINUTES

DREDGE WINGS AGAIN IN FLOUR MIXTURE, RETURN TO TRAY AND REFRIGERATE ANOTHER 15-30
MINUTES

FRY WINGS IN HOT OIL FOR FOR 9-10 MINUTES UNTIL THERMOMETER READS 165 DEGREES F.
TRANSFER WINGS TO BOWL, DRIZZLE WITH SAUCE AND TOSS TO COAT. SERVE WITH BLUE CHEESE
DRESSING
