The Gourmet Girls stopped by to show us their Gluten-Free Alfredo Sauce.
1/2 large yellow onion-chopped
1/4c chopped garlic cloves
1 quart heavy cream
3/4 lbs parmesan cheese
1/4 lb asiago cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Over medium heat, Sauté onion and garlic for 10 min. add cream and bring
to a gentle boil.
Add cheeses and stir constantly until incorporated, add salt and pepper to
taste. Thicken w/ corn starch slurry.
Blend in vitamix until smooth.
Serve over pasta of choice.
