Gluten Free Breakfast Quesadilla

The Gourmet Girls whipped up a  Gluten Free Breakfast Quesadilla.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients: 
Gluten Free Tortilla
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Crumbled Cooked Sausage
1 T diced onion
1 T diced green chilis
¼ c diced Tomatoes
¼ c shredded cheddar and mozarella combined
For Garnish:
Chopped Parsley
Salsa

Directions:
Cook Tortilla in cast iron skillet on one side.
Turn over and evenly top cooked side with shredded cheeses and allow to
melt.
Meanwhile, scramble eggs and add remaining ingredients to scramble.
Top cheesy tortilla with scrambled mixture and fold in half.
Slice quesadilla in thirds and serve sprinkled with parlsey with salsa on the
side.
