Dickey’s BBQ Turkey Recipe

The folks from Dickey's BBQ came by the studio again to show us how they make their delicious BBQ Turkey

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs turkey breast.

Hickory wood chips

Directions:

Smoke turkey breast with hickory wood at 275 degrees for 90 minutes, until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Slice and serve to order.
