Dickey’s BBQ Pulled Pork and Brisket Recipe

Dickey's BBQ came the studio to show up how they make this tasty dish.

PULLED PORK

Ingredients:

6 TBSPs Dickey’s Barbecue Pit brand Rib Rub (sold at Dickey’s)

1 Pork Butt (5-7 pounds)

Preparation Instructions:

Rub pork butt with 6 TBSP Dickey’s brand Rib Rub

Foil boat the pork butt

Smoke at 225 degrees F. for 14 hours

Fork test, and verify internal temperature is 165 degrees F.

Grab squish tickle method to serve.

Serve on a roll, or on the side, next to your favorite sides.

 

SMOKED BRISKET

Ingredients :

1 4-6 lbs Beef Brisket.

¼ cup Salt

¼ cup Pepper

¼ cup garlic powder

Preparation Instructions:

Rub mixture of salt, garlic, and pepper onto raw beef brisket.

Smoke rubbed brisket at 225 degrees for 14 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Remove from heat source and let rest for 30 minutes.

Slice and serve with your favorite side dishes/
